At Bottega Veneta’s recent collection launch party, one lucky attendee was able to cherish something they did not buy– one of the first bags by new Creative Director, Daniel Lee. The giveaway allotted each attendee with a packaged key. One package contained the winning key to unlock a box with the new bag inside.
With Bottega Veneta Italy providing a sample of their corporate packaging, NECO transformed, designed, and produced a unique packaging concept for this US give-away promotion.
NECO delivered a custom branded promotional package to incorporate the key, promotion rules and instructions. The blind embossed “crossfold envelope” with button/string closure held within it a double-sided, stamped insert with contest information and the key nested in die-cut foam board.
Lettra Cotton Pearl White paper stock was used all across the packaging– a cover weight for the envelope, a text weight for the insert + mounted on to the foam die-cut center panel. Client supplied engraved keys, our team measuring to ensure a proper fit to the foam with a notch cut added for easy key removal.
