Holiday / Herman Miller Sale

Program Management:

Design Within Reach “Holiday” encompassed an expanded marketing campaign of which included larger graphic coverage. To achieve the maximum impact, customization was made across each of their 35+ retail studios across North America.  

NECO Collective strategized with DWR to formulate a comprehensive rollout strategy.  In this case, NECO oversaw site surveys, analyzed varying architectural layouts, and collaborated art direction for each of the location’s messaging and diverse decorative snowflakes.

The result, dozens of graphics were designed and sized to standardize a rollout of this scale. Set quantities of the standardized graphics were then allocated to each studio according to their varying architectural layouts, specifically the quantities and sizes of windows and doors. At the end of production, well over 1300 individual large format graphics were packed out and shipped to all studios.

We then scheduled our network of installers, released studio specific installation guides (placement instructions), and dispatched all teams for the first day of the promotion across every studio. This system allowed us to help DWR get their holiday message out at the same time throughout North America. 

Finally our team analyzed all install photos verifying exact placement. The conclusion, delivered reporting inclusive of final photos for client confirmation.
