BRAND ACTIVATION

Our client Savanna, a real estate and asset management firm, acquired 24,882 square feet of a retail property located on the corner of 14th Street and 10th Avenue, NYC – 60 Tenth Ave. The retail space is directly across the street from the High Line’s most utilized entrance, in a high-traffic, tourist neighborhood.

Savanna hired NECO for complete brand activation, including naming the location, brand identity, floor plans, building facts, strategy, and execution of all brand marketing. NECO delivered an all-inclusive website for suiters to engage in the total experience of complete signage and branding of the location’s elements.
